Proprietor Neil Hetterley began his career in estate agency in 1988, working for Penningtons, one of the leading independent agents in Loughborough at this time, which later became William H Brown.
Neil now employees 12 staff, many of whom have previous estate agency experience. All staff members live locally and therefore have an excellent knowledge of our local trading areas.
Over the last 10 years we are proud to have established ourselves as a leading independent agent, specialising in village and rural property sales. Over a third of all our sales business gained in the last 2 years has been obtained by recommendation or by repeat business from previous clients.
